The ultimate purpose of this proposal is to establish a community that simplifies lives by sharing resources and reducing the negative impact upon the environment. The use of durable local materials, the selection of rapidly renewable materials, and using energy-efficient systems can effectively contribute to the sustainability effort. This can be further accomplished by incorporating smart technology to help achieve sustainable development. Residents from a wide range of ethnic backgrounds and social classes will come together to live, work and socialize in harmony. It encourages occupants to interact with each other from within and outside the community, providing opportunities for the exchange of ideas and opinions among themselves.
